Shelley (Anna Faris) is proud of her status as a bubbly blond Bunny, that is, until she gets kicked out of the Playboy Mansion for reaching the ripe old age of 27. So Shelley is forced to be the new house mother for the Zeta Alpha Zeta sorority, where she uses her talents to transform the 'plain Jane' sisters into cute boy magnets.
